Privacy Policy
Your data. Your device. Your control.

What This App Does
Blood Pressure Tracker is a personal health recording tool. It records blood pressure readings you manually enter or import, organizes them into history views, and visualizes trends over time.
This app does NOT diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, or provide medical advice of any kind. For health guidance, please consult a qualified healthcare professional and refer to authoritative sources such as the American Heart Association and Hypertension Canada.
Data Storage
All your health data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage. Specifically:
- We do not operate servers that store your blood pressure readings.
- No account creation is required to use the app.
- No reading data is transmitted off your device.
- Deleting the app from your device removes all app data.
Your health information stays entirely in your hands. We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve your readings.
Apple Health Integration
If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, the app will read from and/or write blood pressure data to your Apple Health database stored on your device.
- This data is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy policy.
- We do not access Apple Health data beyond what you explicitly grant through iOS permissions.
- You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
For details on Apple's HealthKit privacy practices, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Analytics & Advertising
Free version: The app may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect non-personally-identifiable data (such as device type, region, and ad interaction events) in accordance with their own privacy policies and Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Premium version: The app is completely ad-free. No third-party ad network SDKs are loaded or active for Premium users.
We may use aggregated, anonymous analytics to understand general usage patterns (e.g., feature popularity) for product improvement. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention & Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device, you control its lifecycle entirely:
- Delete individual readings directly within the app.
- Delete the app from your iPhone to remove all app data.
- Manage Apple Health data through the iOS Health app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
